Excellent service from the get go. Honest and upfront, friendly and professional. Buying a used car can be a daunting prospect. RTR made it a breeze. I have complete confidence in my purchase. Looking forward to getting to know my new car.

Very good approach to selling. I particularly liked the casual chat about the car I eventually bought. With a friendly approach Scott also maintained a professional approach and completed the sale with the assurance of a warranty.
I had a slight issue with the mechanics but RTR sorted it out in a timely manner.
Scott also followed up the sale to check the car was ok after the repair.
I have never met anyone so enthusiastic about cars and of course customer satisfaction.
I hope to deal with Scott in the future and I am very particular when it comes to cars.
In addition to this review I would like to point out Scott's attitude and care of someone who has mobility issues. My son also commented on Scott's genuine care. Top marks to RTR.

Quick and efficient service from start to finish. My car was viewed and valued promptly. Car collected promptly from my home. Will be back. Definitely recommend. Staff were professional, helpful and courteous.
